❄️ My camera was working but now in winter it's turning off?

For the camera to work reliably during winter, it's extremely important the panel is:

Pointing due south at 60 degrees relative to the ground - if not, you will see the camera going offline in periods during winter
Cleaned on an annual basis - dust/dirt build up will significantly lower efficiency

💡 Pro tip for Farmstream 360 cameras: Leave cameras unzoomed when not in use, as leaving them zoomed in uses twice the power consumption.

Follow these steps to share your camera QR code from the CamHipro app:

Tap the settings icon
Tap the share icon in the top right
Save or screenshot the Share QR code
Upload the Share QR image here
